
The chondrodysplastic also has a trace mineral imbalance, and this eventually results in an excessive accumulation of copper in the liver. [reference 5]
Some recessive carriers exhibit the same abnormalities of the red blood cell as the chondrodysplastic, but the overlap with those of clear dogs is excessive. [reference 6]
