AMCA 2021 National and Regional Weight Pulls

ALL WEIGHT PULLS WILL BE HELD INDOORS IN THE ALLSTAR BUILDING WHICH IS ON THE SAME PROPERTY AS THE HOST HOTEL.  (Note:  the building is NOT next door, there is a long walking distance between the buildings.)
Entry Fees:
Regular Class:

    Pre-Entry = $15
    Entry = $20
Novice Class: $5

COVID-19 guidelines must be followed! 
Pre-Entry for both pulls close on Wednesday, September 1, for inclusion in the Show Catalog.
Payment must be received on or before 9/1 to receive discounted pre-entry fee and be included in Catalog.

Entry payments received after 9/1 will not be considered 'pre-entry' and will be charged the higher rate.

Regional Weight Pull (Novice & Regular)
Sunday, October 10

Weigh In: 9-11:30 a.m.
Novice Pull: 10 a.m. (end at 11:30 am or 1050#, whichever comes first)
Day-of-Entry closes at 11:30 a.m.
Regular Pull: 12 p.m.


NOTE: A Novice Weight Pull mini seminar will be conducted immediately prior to this event. This is a non-qualifying pull, 1050# max weight. Novice dogs (at least 1 year of age) and novice handlers are encouraged to participate in this event. Leashes may be used.
National Weight Pull (Regular only)
Thursday, October
14
Weigh In: 8-9 a.m.
Day-of-Entry closes at 8:45 a.m.
Regular Pull: 9:15 a.m.




General Information:
  • Dogs must be one year of age or older
  • No bitches in season near the weight pull area
  • No pregnant females may be entered
  • No treats allowed in the chute
  • Please bring a crate for your dog
  • Cart/block help is expected and appreciated!
  • Due to site time limit, be ready to pull!
